For more than fifteen years I have provided personalized Macintosh support services to clients in Boston, New York City and Connecticut. My client list features companies large and small in diverse fields including publishing, fashion design/production, retail stores and advertising.
I’ve recently relocated to Wayzata and offer computer services to small and medium sized business clients in the Twin Cities area.
I practice a user-centric approach to tech support. Your Macintosh(es), software, peripherals and network are tools to help you, not ends unto themselves, and I want help you get the most from them. I offer a full range of services including solutions consulting, system set up and upkeep, software/hardware upgrades, vacation coverage for technical staff and user training. While I cultivate ongoing business relationships, I do offer one-time and occasional visit services. I can help you choose the right equipment, but I am not a reseller. I speak English, not “tech.”
I was active in a number of Boston Macintosh related users groups including BMAC, BOSFCPUG and BASUG and am establishing relationships with groups in the Twin CIties.
